ResumeSathi is an education and career-focused platform, and its content is general-audience in nature. There is no minimum age requirement to use our resume builder, ATS checker, PDF merge tool, blog, or job listings. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the Service with the awareness or involvement of a parent or guardian, particularly before sharing your resume with third parties.
ResumeSathi is a free online resume-building platform that allows users to create, customize, preview, and export resumes in PDF, Word, and text formats. We also offer supporting tools such as an ATS compatibility checker and a PDF merge tool, along with a blog and job listings page whose content is served dynamically from our database.
ResumeSathi does not currently require you to create an account. The resume information you enter (name, contact details, work experience, education, skills, photo, etc.) is stored locally in your own browser and is not saved on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your own backup of your resume data, since clearing your browser data will remove it.
Our ATS checker and PDF merge tool currently run entirely in your browser and do not require an account. If we introduce account-based features or server-side tools in the future, additional terms describing those features will be added here and you will be notified through an update to this page.
You retain full ownership of the personal and professional information you enter into your resumes (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you choose to share or distribute your finished resume.

All templates, designs, branding, source code, and other materials made available through ResumeSathi are the property of ResumeSathi and its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use these materials only to create your own resume through the Service.
Our ATS compatibility checker provides an estimated score based on general best practices for resume formatting and content. This score is for guidance only and does not guarantee that your resume will pass any specific employer’s applicant tracking system or result in a job offer or interview.
ResumeSathi may contain links to third-party websites, including job listings and blog references. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeSathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any employment outcomes or loss of resume data stored in your browser.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time—for example, if we introduce user accounts or new server-based tools. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
