Reordering Your Files

On a laptop or desktop, click and drag. On a phone, there's a small handle icon on each card, hold that and move it around. The numbers update as you go so you can see the final order before you commit to merging. Worth double-checking this before you download, since fixing it after is more work than fixing it now.

Does It Affect Quality?

Not really. Merging is just putting pages from separate files into one new file. Nothing gets compressed or resized in the process, and the content inside each page stays exactly as it was. So a high-res scan comes out the other end still high-res, and a document exported from Word still looks like it did before. Your original files aren't touched either they stay right where they were on your device the whole time, since the tool is only reading them to build the new merged version.
